Job Overview
The role will require the successful applicant to prepare Energy Efficiency reports for new dwellings, additions and alterations as part of the building approval process. Provide feedback to clients offering solutions when they fail to reach the required star rating.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare Energy Efficiency reports in a timely manner
- Assist clients with filling out energy supplementary information forms
- Assist Certifiers in any general technical support
Qualifications/experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
- High organisational and time management skills with the ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively and to achieve required outcomes within the required time frames.
- Ability to solve problems within the scope of the position classification.
- Sound level of computer skills, experience with Microsoft applications.
- Training will be provided in this role
Any current or previous experience in the building industry, including experience with BERS Pro, Nathers will be favourably looked on.
