Energy efficient Sales consultant

Our Client is a family run business based in Townsville. We are one of the leading supply and installation companies helping clients to lower their energy bills as much as possible /
We are suppliers and installers of major solar and battery storage systems as well as other Energy efficient products such as Hot water systems, EV chargers, skylights and insulation products.
We aim to make that process easy for our customers by giving them sound advice with great service. We handle everything in house right from their enquiry all the way through to their install.
Key responsibilities:

• Sit in office and at times home assessments to educate customers & find them the right system for their needs.
• Follow up with customers who haven't taken us up on a solution.
• Network with current clients to get referrals.
• Manage relationships trade clients
• Meet with new customers to understand their needs and establish, build and maintain new client relationships
• Work with management regarding new product development and launches
• Maintain accurate reporting regarding booked sales and forecasts

What we require:

• We do require that all of our Sales Consultants have had face to face selling experience
• Full driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Open minded attitude to new sales techniques and willingness to learn.
• Strong negotiation skills & desire to close deals.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, bubbly and approachable personality
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous Sales experience (highly encouraged)
• Knowledge of the Solar / Electrical industry (highly encouraged but willing to train if necessary)
• Good computer literacy
• Strong work ethic and drive to exceed set KPI's
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
