Preferred qualifications for the role include:
- Tertiary qualified in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering or other relevant field
- At Least 3 years of industry experience in Energy Efficiency-related work, including conducting energy audits autonomously in line with AS/NZS 3598:2014 requirements.
- Proficient skills in Excel
- Measurements and Verification experience will be highly regarded, holding PMVA certification ideal.

- Demonstrate & showcase a specific interest in Energy Efficiency, indicating a deep understanding and enthusiasm for this area of expertise.

- Possess exceptional presentation and organisational skills essential for effectively conveying ideas, coordinating tasks, and fostering collaboration within teams.
- Exhibit the ability to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently with energy, enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication.
- Willingness for interstate travel up to 30% of the time.
