Engage and Educate: You’ll start your journey at SunEnergy by handling fully qualified leads, reconfirmed by our marketing team for quality assurance. Utilise your skills in phone communication and online presentations to connect with potential customers, conducting a thorough discovery call to identify and understand their energy needs.
Plan and Present: After identifying the customer's requirements, you will craft a personalised energy plan using our cutting-edge tools. You’ll present these plans in online meetings, demonstrating the potential savings and benefits, guiding customers through the decision-making process.
Influence and Inspire: Your role goes beyond just making sales; it’s about creating a movement towards sustainable energy. Help customers see the tangible impact they can have on the planet and their budget with our unique ‘no cost’ solar plans.
Achieve and Excel: Aim to hit or exceed your target each month and get rewarded with an uncapped package of $100,000 salary & commission, plus additional incentives. Your efforts are supported by continuous product and sales training to ensure you stay on top of industry trends and sales techniques.
Dynamic Work Environment: Initially based in our office, you have the potential to move to field sales, offering even greater flexibility and variety in your role. You'll be equipped with cutting edge tools such as Google Business Suite, Zoho CRM alongside our solar design tools to manage tasks effectively and deliver compelling presentations.
