As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of the A&NZ Energy & Tech Lines portfolio including the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve agreed planned growth and profitability targets. You will monitor production, profitability, new Business and retention targets so as to ensure that the portfolio is performing as per expectations and take action to address any current or potential risks to delivery of target results. You will be an 'ambassador' actively engaging both existing and prospective producers, clients and other relevant stakeholders to and promote Chubb's Energy & Tech Lines products and services, and you will partner with the Distribution team to train, develop and identify Talent to grow this portfolio.Qualifications:What we're looking forA highly experienced Underwriter with specialisation in Energy & Tech Lines, who has strong product pricing and marketing experience. You will be technically minded, have the ability to analyse complex risks and have effective communication skills to not only build relationships but to mentor and lead your team.
