Our growing Energy team are looking for a Energy Transition Lead – Grid Modernisation to drive innovative change and support the acceleration of the big Energy Transition. This is an exciting role to develop and implement our strategy in delivering a major Energy Transition, engaging renewable energy sources, and improving grid connection across Australia and New Zealand, based from our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices.

Job Description
What will a day in this role look like:
Develop multi-year ANZ Grid Modernisation and Energy Transition Strategy, implementation plans and priorities.
Confirm ANZ capability requirements to achieve growth strategy and support implementation of recruitment plan in collaboration with regional leaders and internal stakeholders/resources.
Lead engagement with global Grid Modernisation Leaders for global pursuits, workshare and development of global capability
Identify and partner with our key clients in collaboration with regional leaders and key stakeholders.
Be based from our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices

Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?
Demonstrable leading knowledge in Australian and/or New Zealand Transmission and Distribution networks, including key emerging technologies in grid connection (microgrids, decentralised generation and storage), major grid upgrades, transmission interconnection and renewable energy and storage connection infrastructure.
Proven leadership skills, including technical leadership, human relations, team building, innovation, and motivation skills.
Capable in developing a strong client base with a passion to drive client-focussed results.
Collaborative approach; willing to share knowledge, experience and ideas while driving multidisciplinary teams towards one shared goal.
