This Department works across the full spectrum of operations required of contemporary signals intelligence and security agencies.This Department is seeking an experience Engagement and Requirements Officer to join their team for a short term opportunity within a secure working environment.SFIA Skills required for this role are as follows;

• REQM 5
• RLMT 5

Major Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and infrastructure and provide assistance with sustainment support requests, fix and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and action security alerts and incidents.
• Maintain and upgrade device software and firmware versions and create, implement, and provide feedback on system designs.

Key Experience required

• The ability to design and implement a stakeholder mapping and engagement program including identification and engagement with stakeholders not identified at the start
• Familiarity with the National Intelligence Community and its missions and capabilities would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Clear and concise communication that can be tailored to business and technical stakeholder groups, internal and external to the organisation.

• Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets. Analyses requirements and advises on scope and options for continuous operational improvement. Takes all requirements into account when making proposals. Demonstrates creativity, innovation and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer/stakeholder
