On behalf of our clients in the mining industry, WMS is recruiting suitably qualified Engineers across Reliability, Maintenance FIFO roles.
What we're looking for!
- Recognised Bachelor or Masters Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Heavy Mobile and/or Fixed Plant asset experience
- Background in mining/resource industry
- Manage the team through failure analysis and ensure preventative actions have taken place
- Experience in Reliability Processes - RCA, FMEA, RCM
- Manage team with condition monitoring and ensure critical decisions are timely
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary maintenance philosophy.
- Exposure to maintenance engineering techniques and computerised maintenance systems.
- Understanding of business budgets, risk management, reporting.
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills and ability to review situations laterally and logically
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience - highly desirable
