Position Overview: In this role, you will drive the design and development of hardware solutions that enhance the media products, from immersive to interactive content platforms. Your hands-on approach to hardware development will be instrumental in shaping the future of media technology while leading a team of talented engineers.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the progression of hardware development from initial concept to final production, ensuring alignment with both media objectives and technical standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the hardware engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation
• Facilitate seamless integration of hardware solutions into the media platforms by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee all aspects of project requirements, including technical coordination with SRE and vendor relations.
• Analyse potential challenges during rollout, oversee support processes, and contribute to strategic planning for digital software and hardware initiatives.
• Primary point of contact for introducing new hardware types, aid in service management, and prioritise incoming business requests.
• Collaborate on the development of hardware setups, establish lab environments, and conduct thorough hardware/software security tests. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven hardware engineering experience, preferably in media or entertainment.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to hardware development.
• Proficiency with hardware design tools and excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in media technology.
