In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering a wide range of engineering based electrical/electronics stream skills and competencies to achieve project completion deadlines to standard, within budget, time and cost, in order to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of Rail Equipment Centre targets.
You will assist manufacture printed circuit boards, repair and refurbish signaling equipment and other components that is used throughout the Sydney Trains network.
This is a permanent full time role based at Strathfield onsite with lot of opportunities for overtime. Standard shift times 7.15am to 3.45pm Mon to Fri.

About you
Demonstrated experience in Electrical fitting preferably from heavy engineering background in a production environment.
Experience working with Relays, Censors, Transmitters and Receivers.
Experience in Soldering and assembling of printed circuit boards.
Experience in assembling various electrical/electronic components.
Exposure or Knowledge of Testing and Certifying new or refurbished electrical/electronic equipment.
Ability to interpret schematic drawings.
Any or all of the following experiences are highly desirable:
Spray Aerosol, forklift license, basic knowledge of operating machines for production for droppers which connects and holds the overhead wires for the entire network.
