JT Electrical NSW is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Administrative and Operations manager. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our business and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
Position: Part-time Administrative Assistant
Location: [Blue Mountains / Penrith, - Remote work ]
Type: Part-time - 2 days (16 hours)/ week with opportunities to increase!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Prepare and organize Emails, with property managers, builders ect
- Assist in the preparation of documentation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
