Engineering Services Manager

About the role:

The Engineering Services Manager (Darwin) is responsible for the delivery of the engineering requirements under the RMP-N Contract and Support Systems Management per the Support System Functional Model.

What will you be involved in:

• Reviewing maintenance work conducted by the maintenance team of RMP
• Identifying potential engineering issues with ship design
• Responsible for planning and preparation for the delivery of Engineering Services including:
  - Management and program supporting services
  - Configuration management
  - Engineering data
  - Technical investigations
  - Class
  - Design
  - Change/Deviations
  - Analysis
  - AIC and Regional Development
  - Reporting on continual improvement services
  - Authorised Engineering Organisation Application ENG-500

What we would like from you:

• Existing Baseline security clearance (minimum requirement)
• Tertiary qualified Engineer / Naval Architect with at least 10 years' experience in a Defence maritime environment
• Thorough understanding of Defence Technical Library, RPEQ certification and professional engineering requirements in an RAN context
• Experienced in complex maintenance management systems
• Experienced in Defence statutory compliance
• High level of analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written, data analysis and presentation skills
• High level of stakeholder management skills
