The Role:
Kolbe Catholic College is currently seeking applications for the position of English and/or Humanities Teacher. This full-time role (open to discussions for those seeking part-time options) is anticipated to commence as soon as possible, with the start date being negotiable.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Appropriate teaching qualifications and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
- A solid teaching background in English, Humanities, or related subjects.
- Familiarity with the English and Humanities curriculum and assessment criteria.
- Proficiency in teaching a variety of subjects within the Humanities and/or other relevant learning areas.
- Proven ability to craft engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within interdisciplinary teams.
- A profound dedication to students' academic success and a fervor for nurturing their English and Humanities skills.
- Commitment and understanding of Catholic education, embracing the Catholic ethos, the Kolbe Catholic College Vision and Mission Statement, and its underlying values.
