Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to inspire and challenge students in the realm of English? We are seeking a dynamic Senior School English Teacher to join a vibrant P-12 independent College community in the heart of South West Sydney.
Position: Senior School English Teacher
Level: Classroom Teacher
Commencement Date: Negotiated start during Term 2, 2024
Hours: Temporary Full-time - 12 months Maternity Leave

Key Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant must possess evidence demonstrating the following:
- Strong personal Christian faith and active membership in a Bible-based Christian Church
- Innovative classroom practices tailored for senior school students
- High standards of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher
- Excellent knowledge and integration of technology in learning delivery
- Understanding of effective teaching strategies and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and collaborate within a team setting
Qualifications:
- Secondary Teaching qualifications in English
- Experience teaching Stage 6 and English Extension 1 is advantageous
- Accreditation in NSW (NESA)
