Detailed Job Description
As an ADF Enlistment Coordinator you will be responsible for the successful coordination of Enlistment and Appointment ceremonies for candidates into ADF roles, post assessment and in line with the specific targets allocated nationally. This role is responsible for providing exceptional candidate care and that the candidate is engaged, supported and well prepared through the Enlistment process, ensuring a successful joining of the ADF.
The Enlistment Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment efficiently managing administrative aspects of enlistment, including records, appointments and ensuring compliance with an outstanding candidate experience. This role requires strong organisation, communication and computer skills to ensure a smooth enlistment process.
You will:
- Manage candidates through the Enlistment and Appointment process, ensuring frequent communication is provided to the candidate, appropriate documentation is provided and returned within the required timeframes, and the coordination of Enlistment/Appointment Ceremonies meets the requirements of the services, training facilities and target achievement
- Engage actively and proactively with candidates, ensuring candidates are engaged and provided with meaningful updates on their enlistment journey, maintaining records of all interactions within ADF Careers recruitment management system
- Work collaboratively and effectively with members of the Candidate Experience and Specialist Recruiting teams to support candidates through their recruitment journey
- Prioritise driving candidates to enlistment efficiently, contributing to 100% achievement in 100 days
- Coordinate all administrative requirements related to a candidate’s enlistment, ensuring they have received and returned all required documents to enable a successful enlistment/appointment
- Coordinate all administrative requirements related to enlistments with the relevant Adecco and ADF stakeholders to enable a successful enlistment/appointment, for example the signature of Letters of Offer
- Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication in a proactive and meaningful way, adapting style and method to suit requirements of each candidate
- Manage workload to respond to competing priorities and achieve targets
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders and colleagues, ensuring an exceptional level of service to the client (Commonwealth of Australia) to ensure a collaborative approach to achievement for ADF Careers
- Maintain excellent record keeping and working across multiple platforms
