ResicareSA is a registered NDIS service provider since 2019.
We provide a various services to NDIS participants including In-Home support care ,SIL care, Community & social participation ,Respite and community Nursing services .
We are based in Adelaide Metro & regional SA ( Copper coast - Port Pirie - Port Augusta & Whyalla)
Our home care nursing initiative help our participants to continue to have their own independence and best care in their own environment.
We work closely with your medical and allied health services to ensure that you continue to receive the comprehensive care that you require.Our care team carefully plan your care and continue to monitor changing health needs and help you to modify your services.
Tasks and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Hold an understanding of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Comply with Scope of Practice, Policies and Procedures, Quality Work Practice, all relevant Legislative, Regulatory, and Legal Requirements including the Human Rights Act 1986 and uphold the United Nations Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
- Enrolled Nurse and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency.
- An ability to assess our clients in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and within Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
- Demonstrated awareness of the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
- Demonstrated inter-personal skills, patience, common sense, and a strong ethos of client-service, including the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to relate and converse with clients and to have an understanding and sensitivity to, the issues related to services to these clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity, equal employment opportunity and workplace health and safety appropriate to the level of the appointment.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to work as part of a team and support other staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, patience, common sense and a strong ethos of client service.
- Demonstrated ability to use information technology with well-developed computer skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours is required.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work without supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and to promote a positive work environment.
- Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the abilities to meet deadlines.
Requirements :
To be considered for a position of Enrolled Nurse with Always care Services, you must have:
- Current DHS Disability Clearance or NDIS Workers Check
- Working with Children Check & National police check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Unrestricted Driver's License
- NDIS Worker Orientation, Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals and Supporting Effective Communication certificates
- Vaccination Proof
