Overview
Join our team as a Casual Enrolled Nurse - Community Health for 2024/2025! We are seeking dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality community-focused health services across our local health network.
As an Enrolled Nurse you will work closely under the supervision of Registered Nurses/Midwives while maintaining responsibility and accountability for your nursing/midwifery care contributions. You'll have the opportunity to provide vital community services that helps clients to maintain independence in their homes, alongside valuable support for their caregivers. Additionally, you'll conduct assessments for both annual reviews and new clients, contributing directly to the success of our Healthy Ageing Team.
