Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our bariatric and general surgical ward on a part time or casual basis. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established surgical nursing team.

Established in 2016 Gold Coast Private Hospital is a 339 bed, 22 operating theatre facility located in Southport, the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct. Specialities include and are not limited to: 24/7 Emergency Care Centre, Medical, Orthopaedic, Bariatric, Neurosurgical, Plastics, ENT & General Surgical, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care and Oncology. Gold Coast Private Hospital is continually growing and offers exciting opportunities and professional career pathways in health care.
Your duties will include
- Provide evidenced based nursing care to patients undergoing our bariatric, general surgical and other surgical procedures
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Assist nursing staff with supporting patients with care of patients.
Essential Criteria:
- At least 1 years experience as a Enrolled Nurse in an acute setting
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Works well independently and within a team
