The Role:

- Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.

- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality.
About You:
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Medication Endorsed qualification in Enrolled Nursing.
- Enrolled Nurse Qualification with a current APHRA registration.
- Excellent understanding of National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
- Excellent understanding of iCare, ACFI and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Paying under Victorian EBA
