Your comprehensive and empathetic approach will be apparent in the provision of quality and evidence-based practice that ensures patient care is the main priority. You will exercise sound clinical judgement, critical thinking and understand how your contribution influences high quality outcomes for our health service. You will be committed to continued professional development and act as a role model for other Enrolled Nurses, assistants in nursing and students.
