Your role provides clinical care, support, and supervision for residents in supported accommodation units. You will also monitor the medication and care plans of residents and support the onsite Care Support Workers.

A snapshot of your day as an Enrolled Nurse
Each day brings new opportunities (why not greet it with a smile, right?) but there will be a few core activities that you’ll become a pro at such as providing and supporting delivery of a high standard of nursing and personal care to residents including, but not limited to:
- Providing nursing assessment, nursing care and advice to residents.
- Supervise the Care Support Workers when required, and provide assistance to ensure delivery of care, as per the individuals care plan including:
- Fitting of aids and appliances.
- Monitoring of prescribed medication administration.
- Maintaining all reporting procedures and inform the Manager of any change in the resident’s status.
- Carrying out regular review and observations of residents as required.
Our ‘must haves’
- A genuine passion to make a difference coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- AHPRA registered

- Experience in a similar role.
