About the Role
• Demonstrate professional and collaborative practice when communicating with patients/carers, nursing/midwifery colleagues and the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate an advanced depth of knowledge, skills, experience, and competence in Perioperative nursing care and effectively integrates theory into informed clinical practice.
• Utilise knowledge and skills within scope of practice to plan nursing/midwifery care as delegated by the Registered Nurse, communicating progress, and documenting accurately.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients/residents/clients and visitors utilising a contemporary quality and risk management framework including escalation of care and concerns as required.
