Key Responsibilities:
The Enrolled Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and services. This position requires demonstrating appropriate knowledge, capability, and genuine concern for residents, their families, and their choices. The Enrolled Nurse is accountable for their actions and responsible for providing delegated nursing care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Implementing and maintaining clinical best practices and protocols.
- Responding effectively to emergent situations with confidence and professionalism.
As the point of expertise, you will support staff within your scope and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Clinical Excellence Development Program:
Enhance your professional skills and knowledge through our 12-month Clinical Excellence Development Program. This program is designed to foster growth and proficiency in various clinical areas, including but not limited to:
- Advanced resident assessment and care planning.
- Evidence-based best practices
- Leadership and teamwork development.
- Continuous quality improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Enrolled Nurse with no restrictions
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an aged care setting, but we are open to mentor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
