As part of the Service Management Practice team, the ITSM Officer will:
- Coordinate and undertake a range of tasks to provide support for the implementation of service management initiatives, reporting on SLAs, and process management.
- Undertake specific projects, research, analysis, policy and process development, and client liaison and consultation activities.
The Role:
- Implement and run service management processes including relevant reporting, providing advice and assistance on the development of service level agreements.
- As part of a team provide a range of IT support services to clients at agreed standards of service.
- In consultation with the Manager IT Service Management Practice, provide consultancy and documentation services for management, clients and external vendors, and facilitate the development of sound IT practices within the agency.
- Undertake specific projects and tasks within Health ICT required by the Manager IT Service Management Practice.
- Support ongoing improvement in the operations of Health ICT through business process analysis.

Details of Appointment
Permanent full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary: $95,393 - $100,067 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Relevant IT industry experience
- A degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Current Driver’s License
- ITIL Foundation certification
