As a Community Enrolled Nursewith our Brightwater At Home team, you will assist our clients in their own homes promoting choice, control and quality of life. You will partner with your clients and their supports to assist them in achieving their goals and grow their independence in living their best life.
We have part-time positions available working throughout the Perth Metropolitan area - typically working between 8am and 4pm, however it may vary from up to an hour either side.
To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of two (2) years post graduate experience in Nursing
- Deliver a strong clinical care service
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
- First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
- Evidence of up to date flu vaccination
- Hold a WA drivers licence and own a reliable car
- Community and/or mental health nursing experience will be highly regarded
