Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in hospitals.
• Assess and prioritise patients' needs based on the severity of their condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on health issues and preventive measures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration. 
• Minimum of 12 months experience.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Triage highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A desire to make a meaningful difference to someone's life.
• Ability to provide evidence of Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) including Covid-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination.
• Police check and Working with Children check (Ochre Card).
