About the Role - but not limited to:
The purpose of this role is to facilitate the best possible health outcomes for patients receiving healthcare services.
You will be required to provide support to the interprofessional health care team in facilitating the best possible health outcomes for all patients/residents receiving healthcare services.
It also involves carrying out assigned tasks and taking personal responsibility for actions taken within the parameters of the position and practice.

About You:
- As an Enrolled Nurse, you can make a valuable contribution to the nursing assessment and care of individuals and groups by working within your scope of practice, carrying out the nursing care plan tasks assigned to you, and contributing data to the assessment of your progress toward your goals.
- React appropriately and notify the registered nurse or registered midwife of any abrupt changes in the patient's health status.
- Encourage the use of evidence-based learning environments and engage in both personal and group learning activities and opportunities.
- Report workplace occurrences, take part in cooperative system and process reviews, and help identify risks and opportunities for change and development to support safe work practices.
What we need you to have:
- Flexibility for varied shifts/rosters
- Access to your own vehicle
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Fully Vaccinated.
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), and Hepatitis BTuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required.
- Bachelor in Nursing Certificate or Diploma.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current National Police Clearance (within 36 months)
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
