• Salary $62,128 - $72,651 p.a. (pro rata) - ENC/END
• Temporary Part Time (26 hours per week) up to 30 June 2024

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly Home Based Services team in providing person-centred care appropriate to the needs of the local community.

As an Enrolled Nurse - Home Based Services, you will provide appropriate services in the community which results in independence and maintenance of clients in their home and provides support for their carers.  The Enrolled Nurse also completes assessments for annual reviews and new clients to the Health Ageing team.

Eligibility

Applicants must be enrolled as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with experience in providing nursing care in a community/aged care setting with a minimum of 3 years experience in nursing.
