About the role:Are you a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse in search of a rewarding career within the aged care industry? Be a part of our dynamic and growing Home Care team as a Home CareEnrolled Nurse. Working closely with the Client Services Manager and Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role of delivering high-quality and person-centered care.
Based at either our Hope Valley or Glynde site you will travel frequently within the community. Applying your nursing expertise and knowledge, you will provide a range of care services to ensure that our consumers’ health and wellbeing are maintained.
Whilst the role is initially offered on a full-time basis, candidates seeking a part-time arrangement are also encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Administration of medication
- Wound management
- Developing and updating care plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience working in aged care - desirable
- Experience in dementia care – highly regarded
- Holds a current SA drivers license and a reliable motor vehicle - essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take initiative and work independently
- Work with passion and purpose to drive positive outcomes in an inspiring and stimulating work environment
