Join us in making a difference!The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a passion for aged care to join our Residential Facility at KCC Beach house in Kinross. The role is permanent Part- Time working 30 hrs per fortnight.Week 1Monday 0700-1300Tuesday 0700-1300Week 2Monday 0700-1300Tuesday 0700-1300Saturday 0700-1300Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments
• Safely administer medication to residents
• Assist with falls management and prevention
• Implement safe practice of care plans directed by the Registered Nurse
• Support and supervise care staff
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in relation to Residents, Families, Staff and other Health Professionals
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance to Aged Care Standards and Risk Management

About youYou are passionate about providing holistic care to aged care residents and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment alongside healthcare professionals. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the facility through effective communication and work in accordance to Amana Livings core values.Essential Criteria:

• Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks
• Current AHPRA Registration
• NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
