We are seeking capable and person-centred Enrolled Nurses for our state-of-the-art 128 bed residential aged care site in Inglewood.
Successful candidates will be able to join our casual pool for both Inglewood and The Village sites.
About the role
Working under the delegation of a Registered Nurse as part of a multi-disciplinary team, our Enrolled Nurses build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing safe clinical care and assistance to clients. Our Enrolled Nurses deliver inclusive and person-centred clinical care in a way that promotes choice, independence and quality of life.
Working in a small house model, where client relationships are prioritised, preference will be given to candidates seeking full-time and part-time positions

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with people with diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Strong person-centred skills and ability to communicate with clients who have dementia, high clinical, and/or other support needs
- The ability to supervise and coach others
- The ability to prioritise your workload safely and efficiently with a client focus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A spirit that is caring, authentic, progressive, and courageous
You will also possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
- First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Evidence of up to date flu vaccinations
