Clifton Community Health Services’ is a unique non-for-profit health care model that operates a medical practice, residential aged care from independent living options through to high care Nursing Home facilities, as well as community nursing services.
We are looking for Enrolled Nurses to work in our Medical Practice or our Nursing Home, or across both areas if you love variety in your work!

Medical Practice
Working Thursday and Friday (8.5 Hours), the Enrolled Nurse in our Medical Practice will provide a range of clinical care services including but not limited to vaccinations, performing health checks, wound care, care plan assessment and assisting GPs in the treatment room.
Nursing Home
Working either morning or afternoon shifts, as an Enrolled Nurse in our Nursing Home you will provide high levels of clinical care and maintain quality of life and dignity for our much-loved aged care residents. We are looking for Enrolled Nurses to work on a part-time or casual basis.
There will be opportunities for involvement in quality, compliance, care planning and assessment as well as to mentor, coach and manage team members to reach their full potential in a positive and vibrant workplace.

Candidates for this role will have current Enrolled Nurse AHPRA Registration, and a current National Police Check.
