Your opportunity:
- The Nursing Resource Service (NRS) is introducing a Permanent Pool of staff to cover emergent leave and long-term leave (with short term contracts) within all units of Bundaberg Hospital.
- Enrolled Nurses who are employed as a part of the Permanent Pool will need to be available to work in all areas of the hospital and all shifts in a 24-hour, 7 day roster.
- The Enrolled Nurse (EN) practices under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Nursing Resource Service. The EN utilises their knowledge, skill, and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, whilst maintaining regular communication and assistance from the RN.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $52,892 p.a., comprising salary between $34.88 - $37.02 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 3) (Permanent Part Time, 48 hours p.f.)
