About the role:
We are looking for experienced Enrolled nurses or newly qualified Enrolled nurses who deliver compassionate, professional, skilled, effective person-centered, evidence-based care by working within a multi-disciplinary team to work in a hospital setting.
Your main duties will include:
A patient and family-centred approach to care delivery
Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
A strong commitment to customer service and risk management
About you:
A commitment your own learning and quality improvement
A strong commitment to developing the unit and the members of our team
Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism
The ability to identify and respond to the changing needs of individuals.
The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
