Your new company
Our client is a government organisation with operations across Australia. Due to the increase in workload, they are now looking to appoint 3 x General Insurance Specialists to join the team on an ongoing temporary assignment starting ASAP
Your new role
Managing the investigation and assessment of new and existing Domestic & Motor policies
Work alongside third parties and internal departments in relation to closing and settling claims
Analyse policy coverage and determine acceptance of claims
Provide exceptional customer service, respond to general insurance queries within agreed timeframes and prepare written response on insurance matters
Contribute to new and ongoing projects
Collaborate with other team members and support management
What you'll need to succeed
Given that this is a government organisation, you are required to be an Australian Citizen working in a similar role within a contact centre environment
You will possess knowledge of domestic insurance products
Have the ability to manage a large pipeline of work
Attention to detail, relationship management and time management skills
The ability to display empathy is a essential for this role
