We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about aged care to join the team at Bethanie Beachside in Yanchep on either a casual or part time basis, working a variety of shifts.

Bethanie Beachside is one of our larger sites with 160 beds and residents have the choice of single or double rooms. We offer a range of amenities, from secure dementia care through to on site cafe services and a busy social calendar. You will be responsible for supporting and promoting high quality clinical care in accordance with standards, guidelines, legislation and organisational policy and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

You will provide hands-on care to our residents and apply your competent clinical knowledge and skills to achieve quality resident outcomes, including the supervision, coordination and delegation of resident care needs to Care Workers. There is also the ability to pick up additional shifts across our other sites. Key Responsibilities: Carry out care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Consult with Registered Nurses in planning the care on a shift basis Implement care plans as documented Assist in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements Communicate effectively with a variety of people and contribute to teamwork within the workplace Participate in continuing personal development and education Requirements: Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse Previous experience with dementia care is highly desirable Ability to work autonomously and professionally Ability to motivate and promote a positive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to a person centred care approach when providing care services
