The Opportunity
Develop the technology strategy, architectural direction, standards, and road maps to improve the business and technology function. Support the development and maintenance of applications, data, and technical architectures, as well as the evaluation and assessment of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of an overall architecture for the future design of the company technology systems, including road maps
- Engage stakeholder and subject matter experts to evaluate possible technical alternatives
- Review and analyse technical alternatives, providing assessments and recommendations considering risk and cost-benefit analysis
- Provider internal consultancy on architectural issues, including the provision of recommendations
- Review solution to be in line with defined Enterprise Architecture and standards, addressing exceptions as required
What is Required
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or similar
- Understanding of spanning operational technologies and information technology environments
- Experience with architecture modelling tools
- Extensive knowledge of technology in relation to business application
- 5 years’ experience in similar roles
