Job Description:
Positional Summary:
- Leading experience managing an Enterprise Data team.
- Senior architect with significant experience in data and cloud. GCP experience would be preferred but any cloud platform is fine as long as the expertise is around designing and implementing large-scale cloud-based data programs!
- Enable Business opportunities through data availability and accessibility. Lead the performance of end-to-end data lifecycle management activities from source to analytics, including movement, storage, modeling, enhancement, integration, quality, and security of data throughout the enterprise.
- Focus on data reusability, business outcome, and cost efficiency.
Selection Criteria:
- Data Modeling, Data Consolidation from disparate Data Sources, Google or other Cloud Platforms - AWS/Azure.
- End-to-end data lifecycle management activities
- Data product development and data modeling
- Big Data computing and cost optimization
- Defining and communicating standards and guardrails
- Ensuring focus on data quality, communicating the data architecture
- Demonstrate ability to plan and coordinate, influence work products beyond immediate areas of responsibility
- Demonstrate ability to establish trusted working relationships with peers and stakeholders in global teams and across time zones
- 12+ years of experience in implementing ETL/ ELT data pipelines for Data Analytics solutions
- Experience in solutions using Google Cloud Data Flow (Apache Beam)/ Java programming
- Experience in implementing and deploying Big data applications with AWS/GCP Big Data Services.
