One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage MULTIPLE enthusiastic Entry Level Actuary & Data Scientistto assist in extracting, cleansing and preparing data from multiple sources. The role is based in multiple locations with the successful Entry Level Actuary & Data Scientistto be offered a 12 month with a 12 month extension option and rewarding daily rates $$$
The successful Entry Level Actuary & Data Scientistwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Utilise statistical and mathematical modelling techniques to undertake analytical work on a range of tasks - actuarial monitoring and analysis.
- Assist in designing actuarial, statistical and mathematical models to undertake analytical work that respond to business users.
- extracting, cleansing and preparing data from multiple sources, in particular the data warehouse.
The successful Entry Level Actuary & Data Scientistwill have experience in the following:
- 0-2 years experience in the actuarial / data analytics / data science industry
- Proficient in R
- Proficient in SQL / SAS Programming
