Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior ASP.NET Developer to join our IT team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Transport Management System, a critical component in our operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation efforts, working in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Please note this is an Monday to Friday ON SITE position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications for our Transport Management System using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL.
- Maintain complex database designs to ensure efficient data management and retrieval.
- Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and integrate APIs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to high-quality coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Stay abreast of new technology trends and best practices in the software development landscape.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years experience in as a ASP.NET Developer.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET with C# (.NET Framework).
- Good understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of HTTP and API integration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with NodeJS, React, TypeScript, and EntityFramework is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with modern web development practices and frameworks.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies.
