Our client is within the Software Development space and they create a range of products in the healthcare industry.They are looking for a Tech Lead who can work with a small team and ensure they deliver and achieve their goals.This is a permanent role based in Parramatta with a hybrid working model and paying up to $160K package. The main tech skill set are C#, ASP.Net, jQuery and SQL. If you have a combination of these that is fine.
In this role you will not be responsible for managing a team as such but more being a technical lead, being an escalation point, find a solution when things get stuck, resolve complicated technical issues, mentor other staff and ultimately make sure the company delivers what they promise from a technical perspective.
This is great for someone who enjoys solving problems and proactively looking for issues, gets satisfaction on completing tasks and delivering, and seeing the end to end piece as you will be working with clients on products that will help them.

Responsibilities
- Lead & manage internal technical implementation & upgrade projects.
- Manage the various technical issues that require involvement of multiple roles to resolve. Ranging from support to development activities.
- Responsible for quality of technical deliverables – software (code) quality assurance process & their controls.
- Perform and improve software development quality, such as pre-deployment code reviews through to activities to improve delivered changes.
- Set and revise/refined application business logics – ie. make application architecture decisions.
- Identify and implement technical dev process gaps and technical standards (programming rule), include upskill the developers.
- Monitor and enforce technical standards.
- Technical SMEs for projects, and regular attendee for certain projects’ customer facing meetings.
- Eventually, day-to-day management of the developers – includes assigning tickets and tasks.
Requirements
- Senior C# programmer with considerable experience in SaaS development would be ideal
- Experience with ASP.Net, jQuery, SQL and AWS (infra side) would be advantageous
- Experience being a hands on Tech Lead or the some exposure in this area would be highly advantageous
- Experience working in collaborative team environments
- Experience working in small to medium sized organisations as you will need to wear multiple hats and be hands on
- The ability to travel to Parramatta at least 2-3 days a week, initially more at the beginning to get to know the team and company.
