Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Professional Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for the children. As a Professional Nanny, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and development of our children in a safe, stimulating, and loving environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide attentive and personalized care for children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and ensuring their overall well-being.
* Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, games, and outings to promote their physical, cognitive, and social development.
* Maintain a clean and organized environment, including children's rooms, play areas, and common areas.
* Foster positive and nurturing relationships with children, promoting trust, respect, and open communication.
* Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in childcare routines, discipline, and developmental goals.
* Monitor children's health and safety at all times, including administering medication as necessary and responding promptly to
emergencies.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or issues that arise.
* Perform light household duties related to childcare, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willing to obtain
* Proven experience working as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role, with excellent references.
* Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
* Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
* Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy, with a nurturing and compassionate demeanor.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and parents alike.
* First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain one.
