We are seeking a long-term employee to join our team at Chillin. The role works closely with the Managing Directors and CEO’s by utilising their skills to provide exceptional office administration and support. Previous administration experience is welcomed, however not a requirement as training will be provided to the successful applicant - high attention to detail however is a MUST!
This position will have responsibility for the following:
- Creating and emailing invoices to our clients
- Cross checking purchase order & project information to ensure client invoicing accuracy
- Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets in regards to client project information
- Checking & maintaining information in relation to PeakSmart rebates & lodgment of PeakSmart rebate claims
- Management of client projects using our AroFlo software
- Liasing with & assisting clients with their queries
- Communication with service technicians to obtain necessary project information
- General reception duties including answering of incoming phone calls, basic data entry & administrative tasks
- Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff and management when required
- Acquiring knowledge to read builders plans and calculate measurements
- Acquiring and applying a minimum working knowledge of air conditioning installation & operation
- Backfilling other administration roles during approved leave periods

Hours & Location of Work:
9am-5pm, Monday to Friday at Chillin Head Office located in Loganholme
