- Have relevant tertiary qualifications; have completed an undergraduate degree within the last two years or by the end of 2024
- Be flexible and open to rotating interstate and working on FIFO projects.
- Hold valid Australian working rights
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning and strive to excel in the construction industry
