Our rapidly expanding Western Australian owned business is in search of environmental and Marine Scientists at various levels of experience, to join us in our Perth office. We provide independent expert advice and management to both industry and Government and are at the forefront of environmental impact assessment, approvals and management in WA. Our team of environmental, planning, legal and commercial strategists, contribute towards numerous significant projects in WA. We pride ourselves on our technical excellence and providing an innovative, pragmatic, client-centric service.
The Role
We are seeking applications from environmental and Marine Scientists at various levels of experience, with the attitude and practical experience to work as part of an experienced and innovative team. As a reflection of strong growth in demand for our services, multiple full-time, permanent positions are available to service existing and upcoming projects.
Successful applicants will deal predominantly with a broad range of projects located throughout WA. This position offers the opportunity to develop your professional and leadership skills, with the strong support of our company and its highly experienced and well-regarded people. You will be well guided while having a large degree of autonomy and encouraged to develop relationships with clients and external specialist consultants.
To be successful you will need
- A recognised degree in Environmental or Marine science (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated skills in technical report writing
- An understanding of the WA environmental regulatory framework
- A desire to continuously improve and learn
- Excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to contribute to achieving team objectives
