Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Engineer, either in Environmental, Science, Chemical or Civil Engineering, to contribute to some exciting new project work. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in providing engineering consulting services, ensuring high-quality solutions for our clients in the coal mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
The position will report to a Senior Project Manager and will be involved in the detailed design/study phase of a critical Environmental Project onsite.
Required competencies:
- Tertiary qualified in either Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Chemical Science, or relevant Engineering (Civil/Environmental)
- 3+ years post-graduate experience
- Positive attitude and proactive disposition to challenges
- Great communication skills
- Experience / Exposure to environmental regulation and legislation
- Experience / Exposure in working with environmental governing bodies (i.e. DES)
- Previous project delivery and/or study experience
