EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - Guest Service Agent based in Melbourne 

Pro-invest Hotels are a trusted partner to some of the world’s most recognised hotel brands, as a franchisee, ranging from mid-scale through to full service and lifestyle hotels, such as Kimpton, Holiday Inn Express, voco, Hotel Indigo and Sebel.

We are looking for a Part Timeand CasualExpress Agents that would be willing to pick up shifts at the following locations: 

• Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Southbank
• Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Little Collins

About you

- Passionate with a bubbly personality

- Experience in OPERA and PM Pro PMS

- Minimum 1-year experience as Front Desk 

- Keen to learn and grow in your career

- Genuine about delivering a positive and memorable experience

- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can think on your feet

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster 

- Willing to obtain RSA
