Position Overview:
We are currently undertaking Expression of Interest applications for Lead Process Engineers with expertise in green hydrogen/LNG/ammonia, or decarbonisation technologies, who are interested in future opportunities located in Brisbane and Melbourne. You will Lead Process Engineering activities, ensuring compliance with Australian standards, and driving innovation in our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Process Engineering design and analysis for projects related to green hydrogen/ LNG/ammonia, or decarbonisation.
Develop and implement process simulations and models to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian standards and regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in Process Engineering within the energy sector, with a focus on green hydrogen, LNG, ammonia, or decarbonisation technologies.
In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulations pertaining to Process Engineering, process safety knowledge is highly regarded.
Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and project management experience.
