EOI - NSW State Manager (Acting)

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and talented NSW State Manager (Acting) – Positive Behaviour Support to support our growing team of practitioners, team leaders & regional managers across the northern sites in NSW. This role will be responsible for our Gosford, Broadmeadow, Maitland and Port Macquarie sites.

This opportunity will be for approximately 3 months (with the possibility of extension), starting immediately.

Your duties may include:

•  Direct management of northern Regional Managers in NSW
• Maintaining high job satisfaction for the PBS team in NSW
• Co-ordinating recruitment & growth across NSW
• Ensuring best practice & high standards are maintained across the state
• Managing major customer relationships
• Liaising with Marketing & Talent Acquisition teams to drive growth across the state

 Role requirements:

• Experience in managing a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and/or Team Leaders
• Proven ability to train and support others
• Experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS participants
• Experience working with individuals with complex diagnoses
• Ability to travel to all northern NSW sites, at variable frequency
