Expand and enhance your professional experience by bringing your postgraduate/PhD industry placement to Microba.
The Microba Therapeutics division hosts higher degree research students (PhD / MSc) students that are required to undertake an industry placement as part of their candidature/degree. All applicants are reviewed and an offer for a placement may be made subject to availability. Applicants should ideally have expertise in one or more of the following subject areas: Microbiology, cell biology/immunology, metabolomics/proteomics and natural product discovery.
All applications should include:
1. A cover letter addressed to Dr. Paraic O Cuiv. The cover letter should outline your expertise in one or more of the outlined subject areas and how those skills could be used to better understand the role of the microbiome in human health and disease.
2. A current academic CV detailing education, research experience and technical skills
